Refund Policy

1. No refunds

All payments made for Statement Insights — including any one-time purchase, subscription, in-app purchase, upgrade, donation or tip, if offered now or in the future — are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits or partial refunds for unused time, unused features, downgrades or accidental purchases.

2. Why we have this policy

The Service runs on your own device and gives you immediate, full access to its features once unlocked. Because digital access is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, purchases cannot be reversed.

The core app is free to use. We encourage you to try every free feature, the sample statements and the welcome tour before paying for anything.

3. Subscriptions and cancellation

If a subscription is offered, you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then, and no refund is given for the remaining period.

Subscriptions bought through Google Play or the Microsoft Store are managed and cancelled in that store's subscription settings.

4. Purchases through app stores

Payments made through Google Play or the Microsoft Store are processed by those stores, not by us. Any refund they choose to give under their own policies is decided and issued by the store. We cannot process refunds for store purchases.

5. Limited exceptions

Nothing in this policy removes rights you may have under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged after a confirmed cancellation because of an error on our side, write to statementinsights@gmail.com within 7 days with your order details and we will review and correct a verified duplicate or erroneous charge.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks raised in breach of this policy may lead to the related access being suspended.
